Community Ratification Process

The draft Henvey Inlet First Nation Community Ratification Process document has been downloaded onto this website, so for the first time band members can see what this document is about. The Community Ratification Process (CRP) describes how the community will be approached with regard to voting on the Land Code and Individual Agreement.

The CRP is one of the legal documents that has to be finalized and handed over to the Verifier. Band members will receive a copy of the CRP as an attachment to the final draft Land Code.
