Community Input Meeting Postponed
The Community Input Meeting to discuss the Environmental Permit for the wind farm has been postponed.
The meeting was originally scheduled for this coming Sunday 07 February. A new date will be posted shortly.
The postponement is necessary to give HIFN’s experts and Lands Advisory Committee sufficient time to complete their review of the latest changes to the Environmental Permit.
Open Band Council Meeting Postponed
To ensure HIFN’s experts and Lands Advisory Committee have sufficient time to complete their review of the latest changes to the Environmental Permit and make recommendations to Council, the Open Council Meeting to enact the permit, originally scheduled for 10 February 2016, will defer that matter to a subsequent open meeting.
A new date for the Open Meeting of Council will be posted shortly.
